In-house Paralegal role – part-time - September start
We're supporting an in-house legal team through a period of transition, and we're looking for an interim Paralegal who can hit the ground running.
This is a high-volume, fast-paced role for someone with recent commercial contracts experience, ideally gained in-house or within the professional services sector. You'll be trusted to work autonomously within clear escalation guidelines, so confidence, pragmatism and sound commercial judgement are essential. Areas of work will include managing the legal inbox, contract management, legal operations and BAU support.
What we're looking for:
- Proven paralegal experience (min. 12 months) with recent, hands-on commercial contracts work
- Professional services/recruitment sector experience strongly preferred
- Comfortable working at pace, managing high volumes, and operating independently
- Some litigation or pre-litigation dispute experience would be a real advantage
- Confident, pragmatic, and commercially minded

Duration: approx. 3 months
Working pattern: Part-time (4 days a week)
