Senior Product Lawyer (SaaS, Data Science) 6 months contract

Our client is a trailblazer in intelligence solutions for the retail sector, spanning Media, Loyalty & Personalisation, and Category Management.

We're looking for a Senior Product Lawyer with a strong SaaS background and ideally some exposure to data science. You'll play a critical role in shaping and standardising client-side contracts, navigating evolving risk landscapes, and overseeing procurement processes on both the vendor and client sides.

This is not just another legal position. This is a senior, high-impact opportunity with board-level visibility. You’ll collaborate across business units, from Sales and Propositions to Legal, providing clear, strategic legal guidance and even delivering training where needed. Your ability to manage stakeholders and communicate across all levels will be essential.

The client is also an active investor in its partner ecosystem, so experience in banking or corporate law—such as drafting shareholder agreements and loan documentation—would be advantageous.

What we’re looking for:

✅ Proven expertise in SaaS product legal matters

✅ Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills

✅ Confidence working with cross-functional teams and at C-suite level

✅ Background in data science, and/or experience with corporate legal documentation

The Details:

• Role starts 2nd June.
• Full time with 3 days per week office attendance in London.
• Initial 6-month contract with potential extension to 12 months
• Inside IR35
