Our client is a fast-growing SaaS business looking for a sharp, commercially minded lawyer to support its EMEA enterprise sales function. Remote role; start date is early July.
What you'll be doing:
- Draft and negotiate enterprise agreements across large and complex deals
- Navigate AI-related concerns, driving stakeholder alignment
- Stay ahead of the EU AI Act, GDPR, and the Data Act and turn regulatory complexity into competitive commercial terms
- Keep everything clean, consistent, and audit-ready.
What you'll bring:
- Experience working inside a SaaS business (ideally Series B–D) and you know how six-figure enterprise deals move
- Familiarity with DORA, GDPR and enterprise negotiation frameworks
- Genuine working knowledge of AI governance, LLM deployer/provider distinctions, and model-training considerations.
- Daily working knowledge of AI tools
