Our client is a global tech leader in its field and is looking for a business-minded Managing Counsel to join their legal team. This is a senior individual contributor role and a fantastic opportunity to step into a fast-paced, high-trust legal function with a potential path from contract to permanent for the right person.
As the go-to legal partner for the EMEA sales team you'll lead on global commercial (such as enterprise SaaS agreements, Terms of Service negotiations, and channel/reseller and partnership arrangements) and work hand-in-hand with the existing teams to keep contracts moving efficiently and help build out the templates and playbooks that make the whole team sharper.
- Strong commercial legal experience, ideally with enterprise SaaS, ToS negotiations and sales contract review
- Solid drafting and negotiation skills and a working knowledge of GDPR (US data privacy experience a plus)
