Project Finance Lawyer

We would like to hear from Project Finance Lawyers interested in working with our in-house clients on an interim/contract basis.

These roles would suit someone min. 6PQE (England & Wales or New York qualified) who has worked in a law firm focusing on project finance and represented lenders in power deals, particularly in renewable energy. Familiarity with LMA is required and experience working for/ with a development finance institution (directly or as a client) would be advantageous.

These roles will vary in duration (approx. 6 months) and may be hybrid or fully remote.
