Our client is a global partner-led consultancy seeking a Legal Counsel to support their business for the next 12 months with a high volume of consultancy agreements, framework contracts and appointments. Reporting to the Head of Legal, this is a great opportunity to take on a busy role managing a steady flow of commercial legal work, with a particular focus on consultancy agreements and non-design appointments.

The ideal candidate will be a junior/mid level qualified commercial contracts lawyer with experience reviewing and negotiating across a range of commercial contracts; experience gained in a construction, property or professional services environment would be beneficial.

Start date: early May 2026

Duration: 12 month contract

Commitment: full-time, 2-3 days a week in the office.
