Senior M&A Lawyer
6-Month Engagement
We're working with a client who restarted their M&A programme in 2023 and it's picking up serious pace. With the next planned acquisition set for early next month, they need an M&A Lawyer to help drive it.
The role:
This is a standalone position for a senior lawyer who demonstrates strong M&A experience including acquisitions, divestments and cross-border deals. Reporting directly to the Head of Legal and also working closely with the Global GC, you will handle the deal execution and day-to-day transaction work.
This role is expected to run for approx. six months from early September on a remote-first basis, with occasional travel for key meetings.
