General Counsel
General Counsel all rounder needed for global start-up.
Our client is a cutting-edge start-up company that operates on a global scale, specialising in creating tailored business solutions, managing complex corporate structures, and navigating the challenges of intellectual property, particularly in developing markets. To be considered, you will need to be a good all-rounder at GC level who can provide strategic input to the Exec team, with IP Patent and Copyright experience ideally in developing countries. Experience in startups and complex corporate structures would also be useful.
Start date 2nd September, for 6 months plus. Minimum 2 days a week, remote, ideally 1 day per month in the London office.
