We are looking for Employment Lawyers at both senior and junior levels to support major corporate clients across the UK. You'll bring your employment law expertise to the table, not just to advise, but to genuinely improve how clients operate.
Responsibilities include:
- Engaging directly with senior stakeholders, building trusted relationships and adding value.
- Challenging and improving existing client processes, confidently proposing smarter, more tech-enabled ways of working, adding value beyond legal advice.
- Advising on contentious and non-contentious matters including dismissals, TUPE, discrimination, redundancy, and workplace policies.
Qualified Employment Lawyers (all PQE levels) with expertise in tribunal matters; Employment Tribunal/litigation experience are encouraged to apply. You must be available to start within the next few weeks, committing to a 5-day working week. These roles can be fully remote or London office based.
We celebrate and encourage diversity and inclusion in our company - it’s a vital part of our #humanfirst approach to business. Everyone is welcome to apply for our roles and we set out to ensure that no-one receives less favourable treatment due to their age, belief, caring responsibilities or pregnancy, disability, ethnicity, gender identity, marital status, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation or any other protected characteristic.
