The predicted salary is between 50000 - 70000 £ per year.
We are looking for Employment Lawyers at both senior and junior levels to support major corporate clients across the UK. You'll bring your employment law expertise to the table, not just to advise, but to genuinely improve how clients operate.
- Engage directly with senior stakeholders, building trusted relationships and adding value.
- Challenge and improve existing client processes, confidently proposing smarter, more tech-enabled ways of working, adding value beyond legal advice.
- Qualified Employment Lawyers (all PQE levels) with expertise in tribunal matters; Employment Tribunal / litigation experience.
- Able to advise on contentious and non-contentious matters including dismissals, TUPE, discrimination, redundancy, and workplace policies.
You must be available to start within the next few weeks, committing to a 5 day working week. These roles can be fully remote, or London office based.
