Our client, a multinational banking and financial services corporation, is looking for a lawyer to cover a period of maternity leave starting in March 2026. The role is within their Infrastructure Finance business. Sitting with the front office team, you will provide general legal and associated advice and support to the lending services activities of the wholesale banking business, providing advice on transactions and product development, as well as guidance on domestic and cross-border issues, and reviewing, advising, drafting and/or negotiating general lending and ancillary documentation.
