Join our team as a procurement controller, where you will be an integral part of our small team and be responsible for all UK and overseas purchasing activities, managing inventory levels and optimizing supply chain processes for seamless stock flow. You will play a vital role in maintaining positive supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring efficient procurement strategies., * Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and manage stock replenishment to prevent stockouts and excess inventory.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand procurement needs and optimize costs.

  • Utilize ERP system (Orderwise) for data analysis, generating reports, and maintaining accurate records.

  • Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes, identifying areas for cost savings and efficiency.

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, resolving supply chain issues, and ensuring timely delivery of orders.

  • Manage overseas ordering, book purchase orders, and coordinate inbound stock deliveries.

  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery information.

  • Analysing existing SKU performance for both rate of sale and margin

  • Generate and present monthly reports on products sales and margins

  • Identifying areas for improvement to current processes and procedures.

  • Managing monthly stocktakes, investigating errors and monitoring stock issues, improving the process and results going forward

  • Monitor the performance of set KPI’s

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proven experience in procurement or inventory management roles.

  • Familiarity with logistics and transportation processes

  • Familiarity with MRP and stock replenishment systems, Orderwise experience beneficial.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Commitment to high standards and customer service excellence., · At least 3 years in buying role, * Procurement: 3 years (required)
