We’re supporting delivery on a high-profile, multi-workstream programme within a major UK police force. This is a structured, governance-heavy environment where accuracy, control, and pace of delivery directly impact operational effectiveness. This role suits someone earlier in their PMO career who wants to continue developing in a setting where standards are high and expectations are clear, working alongside experienced programme professionals who set a strong benchmark. Active SC Clearance or NPPV3 is essential. Applications without it cannot be considered.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting programme governance, reporting, and assurance across multiple workstreams
- Maintaining RAID logs, plans, and dashboards with strong attention to accuracy and consistency
- Tracking milestones, dependencies, and risks, ensuring issues are identified and escalated early
- Producing clear, concise MI and status reporting for senior stakeholders
- Working closely with delivery leads to gather updates and maintain programme visibility
- Applying structured delivery approaches (PRINCE2, MSP, Agile) in day-to-day PMO activity
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a PMO, project support, or coordination role
- Understanding of delivery frameworks (PRINCE2, MSP, Agile); certification helpful but not required
- High attention to detail and a disciplined, organised approach to work
- Confidence engaging with stakeholders across different teams and seniority levels
- Strong working knowledge of M365; exposure to tools like MS Project, Jira, or Smartsheet is beneficial
- Active SC or NPPV3 Clearance (mandatory)
