We're looking for an ambitious, commercially-minded Senior National Account Manager to drive strategic new business growth across our Out of Home channel. This is a highly visible role focused on identifying, securing and growing national partnerships that unlock significant volume, distribution and brand-building opportunities for Oatly. Someone who loves opening doors, building relationships, creating compelling commercial propositions and winning new customers to accelerate company growth. Develop and deliver Oatly’s new business strategy for key national Out of Home accounts. Identify, win and grow new partnerships across foodservice, hospitality, travel, leisure and workplace channels. Build strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders and lead commercial negotiations, contracts and tenders. Create customer business plans and proposals that drive mutual value, distribution, growth and brand visibility. Collaborate across sales, brand and category teams to unlock new opportunities and deliver growth plans. Maintain a strong pipeline, forecasting and CRM reporting, while driving revenue growth and securing strategic accounts. Being successful in this role means winning new national and strategic accounts, building strong relationships, growing Oatly's presence across key Out of Home channels, and delivering sustainable growth for our Out of Home team. You have proven success winning and growing national accounts in FMCG, foodservice, beverage or Out of Home. You’ve got commercial acumen with experience leading negotiations, tenders, customer contracts and commercial proposals. You’re confident building relationships with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-makers at all levels. Strategic and analytical, you’ve got the ability to turn market insights into commercial opportunities. You’re collaborative and commercially minded, with experience working cross-functionally and through wholesale or route-to-market partners. You’re excited by growth, comfortable challenging the status quo, and motivated by building long-term customer partnerships. You feel aligned with our mission, bringing energy, curiosity and ambition to a fast-paced environment.
