The Role
We\'re looking for a National Account Manager – Out of Home (OOH). You’ll be responsible for driving new business into key, influential end user accounts, as well as strengthening our presence and visibility in existing operator partners. Where drinks are served and there\'s opportunity, we\'d like you to Increase Oatly\'s presence and impact. This includes (and not exclusive to) commercial coffee sites, QSR, leisure, hotels and restaurants.
As we grow, we need someone who\'s excited by the endless possibilities in the OOH channel, and who can move as quick as the market does! This role will be at the forefront of the Oatly UK growth strategy, the place our future consumers first try the brand and has the opportunity to set the pace of the business.
Here\'s the main elements of the role...

  • Drive forward new business with our hero product, Barista Edition, to build out our distribution & visibility across the UK.
  • Manage continuous outreach to relevant new business, build proposals, lead pitches and keep all stages well documented in the Oatly CRM system.
  • Be a champion of our existing relationships and ensure we listen to their needs to retain them.
  • Collaborate with the food and drink experience team to launch exciting seasonal menus with Oatly as the ultimate base.
  • Work with the brand time to execute world class activations at site level, that get the brand noticed by consumers and businesses alike.
  • Proudly sharing the work you\'re doing with the Oatly UK team as such a visible area of the business, and the space where consumers trial the brand first.
  • Being a role model within the OOH and business development team, sharing learnings and skills you\'re developing.
