We’ll close applications for this role on 21st March 2026. Hello potential future Oatly employee. It’s us, the original oat drink company that started in Sweden back 30 or so years ago. We exist to make it easy for people to eat better and live healthier lives without recklessly taxing the planet’s resources in the process. Sustainability, health, and transparency are the core values that guide everything we do. We’re also recognised as the world’s first Climate Solutions food and beverage company, and we do it all while making some of the most delicious drinks out there. If any of this is resonating with you, then maybe you’d like to come work with us?

The Role

We’re looking for an Event Project Manager – an organised and experienced events person, owning the brand experiences that best help Oatly show up in the wider world. You’ll work closely with our local and Global team to take ideas on paper and bring them to life with operational excellence across a range of event types: from coffee festivals, to trade shows, pop-ups to cultural events, and everything in-between, reporting into our UKI Head of Brand.

Here’s what the day to day looks like:

  • You’re responsible for producing world class experiences that bring Oatly’s brand to life: taking end-to-end ownership of Oatly’s activations in the UK and Ireland, from event concept to on-site management live day.
  • You’ll be the overall project lead on events; connecting the dots between our agency partners, suppliers, event organisers and internal teams to ensure events are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standards.
  • Be the on-site event lead, ensuring our events run smoothly throughout – you’re at your best in hi-vis, helping direct and co-ordinate all parties involved to deliver an incredible experience.
  • Work closely with the Oatly Department of Mind Control (ODMC) to collaborate on event concepts, plugging in with global event and creative colleagues to share ideas and best practices.
  • Work even more closely with our local UKI team, keeping them up to date on your world, collaborating on brand partnerships, coffee festivals, trade shows and much, much more.

Who You Are

If the below sounds like you, you could be the ideal person for this job:

  • You’ve got at least 5 years experience in delivering events, from beginning to end – in-house experience is ideal, agency experience is a plus!
  • You’re an organisation and project management expert, able to juggle multiple competing priorities all at once.
  • You’re a top class (over) communicator, working with key stakeholders externally and internally to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Your friends would call you a problem solver and a great negotiator, able to resolve roadblocks with practicality and drive.
  • You’re a top tier operator – this role is rooted in operational excellence, so we need somebody who’s able to connect the big idea to all of the details that matter.
  • You love working autonomously and don’t need permission to get things done. You want to be the trusted expert people collaborate with to deliver amazing events.
  • You’re motivated, enthusiastic, kind, and values driven, connected to our mission of driving real change in the food industry.
