The Role
We\'re looking for somebody to own our relationships with baristas in South London and South East England (which we call a Barista Market Developer ). This role is based in London, working with your team in both London and across the UK & Ireland.
If you’re looking to step out from behind the bar, get to travel for work, and run some sick events for an awesome coffee community, then you’re in the right place. Here\'s what the role looks like day to day...
- By travelling throughout South London and South East England, you’ll create and maintain meaningful relationships with a range of coffee partners within coffee scene, and the Oatly Barista team.
- Your outstanding knowledge and credibility will let you to build rapport with coffee partners – from the baristas to the owner.
- Establish an Oatly network through visiting coffee houses and roasters, and creating partnerships with key influential accounts.
- Encourage and further the understanding of how sustainability impacts the coffee industry.
- You\'ll run amazing coffee events promoting community and sustainability. You’ll host these in South London and South East England.
- In the rest of UK and Ireland, you’ll travel to events with the rest of the Oatly Barista team and be flawless in representing the brand (by being yourself!)
