Oatlands Park Hotel are currently on a drive to set the standards of excellence in the luxury sector of the hotel industry. Located in a stunning setting in Weybridge, the hotel employs some of the most skilled, professional and dedicated people that the industry has to offer. We understand that every Guest is unique and our team strives to create individual moments of service excellence for our business and leisure guests.

We are currently looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to support the Front House function and to report to the Reception Manager. This role involves working 40 hours per week on a rota basis, including evenings and early mornings any day between Monday and Sunday. This role involves significant standing.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible for providing a friendly, welcoming and efficient service to all guests in line with the hotel vision and values.
  • Responsible for checking in/out of guests.
  • To undertake front of house duties, including meeting, greeting and attending to guest's needs.
  • To build a good rapport with guests and resolve any complaints or issues in line with company standards.
  • To be responsible for accurate and efficient accounts and guest billing processes.
  • To administer all routes of reservation to ensure room bookings are made.
