We are recruiting for a dedicated and service-focused Assistant Night Reception Manager at Oatlands Park Hotel, a luxury 4-star hotel in Weybridge, Surrey.

What will you do?
You will report to the Night Manager and the other Front of House Management. As the Assistant Night Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the smooth running of the reception desk between the hours of 22:45 and 07:15.
Main Responsibilities
β Providing a friendly, welcoming and efficient service to all guests in line with the hotel\βs vision and values.
β Ensure all guest requests and enquiries are handled professionally, providing callers with comprehensive information regarding hotel services.
β Transfer incoming phone calls to the relevant department or take a message in their absence.
β Ensure all requests are recorded and actioned in accordance with company policy and in an efficient and courteous manner.
β Be aware at all times of current business targets and focus at all times on achieving targets.
β Deputise for the Night Manager and act as Duty Manager in their absence.
β Ensure night audit is completed and correct.
β Assist with training and onboarding new joiners.
β Assist in ensuring the security of the hotel, guests and staff during the night.
Education and Qualifications:
β Hospitality qualification or working towards one would be desirable.
Required Skills and Experience:

β You must have experience of night working.
β At least 1 year experience of working on a reception desk in a customer service or reception role.
β A friendly, welcoming and customer focused approach, providing a consistently high standard of customer service.
β Good standard of administrative skills.
β High standard of presentation and etiquette.
β You should be able to work collaboratively with others and have good verbal communication skills.
β You must be able to work effectively under pressure.
β You should have a \βcan do\β attitude, and be open to suggestions and constructive feedback.
β Deal with customer data in accordance with UK GDPR and data protection.
β Ability to think fast and deliver solutions on a daily basis.
β Live within a commutable distance of the hotel.
β Commit to continuous professional development (CPD).
β Working knowledge of Opera Property Management System (PMS) would be an advantage.
