Senior Care Worker — Cambridge

Care Assistant — Cambridge £12.71–£14.50 per hour. Responsibilities * Visiting older adults in their own homes across Cambridge and surrounding areas. * Providing personal care, medication administration, and companionship. * 2 weeks on / 1 week off rotation schedule. * Private bedroom and meal allowance for each shift. * Single client at a time, building one‑on‑one relationships. * Lead a small Cambridge team, manage care plans, support new starters. Qualifications * Minimum 2 years of care experience. * NVQ Level 3 preferred or willingness to work toward it within 6 months. * No prior care experience required; full training will be provided. * No live‑in experience needed. Hospital discharge work mainly from Addenbrooke’s Hospital and Hinchingbrooke Hospital. The office is based in Cambridge. Oath Healthcare is a CQC‑regulated home‑care provider. Care assistants are employed directly (PAYE) and advanced training is provided.
