Our Nottingham team covers the city plus West Bridgford, Beeston, Mansfield and surrounding areas. We’re hiring across all role levels — from people new to care to experienced senior carers.
Care Assistant — Nottingham
- Visiting older adults in their own homes across Nottingham and surrounding areas.
- Personal care, medication, companionship.
- Full training provided — no prior care experience needed.
- 2 weeks on / 1 week off rotation.
- Private bedroom and meal allowance.
- Single client at a time – strong 1‑on‑1 carer relationship.
- No live‑in experience needed.
Lead a small Nottingham team, manage care plans, support new starters. Minimum 2 years care experience. NVQ Level 3 preferred or willing to work towards it within 6 months.
Our Nottingham team covers: West Bridgford, Beeston, Mansfield, Hucknall, Carlton, Arnold, Bulwell. Hospital discharge work is mostly from Queen’s Medical Centre and Nottingham City Hospital. Office is based in Nottingham, and our care assistants typically work within their own neighbourhood – minimising travel time and maximising the relationships you build with the people you care for.
