Care Assistant — Cambridge
Responsibilities
- Visiting older adults in their own homes across Cambridge and surrounding areas.
- Providing personal care, medication administration, and companionship.
- 2 weeks on / 1 week off rotation schedule.
- Private bedroom and meal allowance for each shift.
- Single client at a time, building one‑on‑one relationships.
- Lead a small Cambridge team, manage care plans, support new starters.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of care experience.
- NVQ Level 3 preferred or willingness to work toward it within 6 months.
- No prior care experience required; full training will be provided.
- No live‑in experience needed.
