Oathall Community College is seeking to appoint a part-time premises officer to join our busy premises team looking after the facilities in our large and diverse campus. Reporting to the premises manager, the successful candidate will work as part of a team to ensure that the college facilities are well-maintained, well-presented, safe, and secure.
Previous experience of working in a practical premises or building related role is preferred but we would consider applications from candidates with a ‘can do’, solution focused approach to work, and a willingness to learn and gain experience on the job. As you will be working in a school setting you will need to have good interpersonal and customer service skills.
