Job Overview :
As Marketing Co-ordinator, you will oversee all marketing operations, bringing exceptional organisational skills to a range of administrative tasks. Key responsibilities include coordinating sample and formulation requests, supporting marketing events, and logging and managing marketing data in Salesforce. As a brand guardian with a keen eye for detail, you will ensure all assets are up to date and comply with brand guidelines.
With strong communication skills, you will manage marketing and website inboxes, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries. You will liaise with sales and distributors to address inquiries and coordinate the necessary actions.
As the CSR representative within the marketing team, you will demonstrate a genuine interest in sustainability and ensure our commitment to sustainable practices is reflected across all marketing assets.
Your proactive approach will be essential for engaging stakeholders and supporting the marketing department and the broader business as needed.
Duties:
Marketing Operations
- Coordinate sample and formulation requests, including sample creation.
- Handle all administrative tasks related to marketing activities.
- Manage marketing and website inboxes, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for sales and distributor support within the marketing department.
Marketing Communications
- Support the Marketing Executive with email campaigns, lead nurturing, and public relations activities.
Brand Management
- Act as brand guardian to ensure all marketing assets adhere to brand guidelines.
Creative Services
- Design and prepare marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality output.
Marketing Events
- Support the Head of Marketing and executives with event logistics and assist with sales and distributor events.
Strategy and Planning
- Help translate strategic decisions into actionable plans and support their implementation.
Other Responsibilities
- Represent the marketing department in the CSR forum.
- Analyse marketing trends and conduct market research to stay abreast of industry developments.
Skills:
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities; detail-oriented and brand-aligned – ClickUp experience welcomed
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Salesforce proficiency (preferred) with basic data management.
- Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- Experience with CANVA for graphic design tasks.
