Oasis Academy Brislington is seeking a Lead Teaching Assistant to join the One Hub, supporting students with SEMH needs and working closely with pastoral staff.

This fixed-term, term-time only role offers 34.17 hours per week and a salary compatible with OCL SCP 13-17, with term-time terms.

You will promote attendance, provide care for vulnerable students and collaborate across teams to raise attainment. A teaching qualification is not required.
