Oasis Corporate Housing seeks energetic, outgoing individuals who want to work in a fun, fast-paced environment, facilitating superior guest experiences. This is a full-time home-office-based position from the team member\βs remote home office (all home office furniture and equipment will be provided).
Roles and Responsibilities:
First Priority:
- Receive and qualify client requests for serviced apartment needs predominantly within your designated region, but also for other international regions when needed.
- Identify the best serviced apartment options available, negotiate with suppliers, and confirm availabilities, amenities, packages, and pricing
- Create client proposals for each inquiry
- Create and remit the required booking documentation to the Oasis operations and accounts department
- Conduct guest \βtouch-point\β calls and/or emails to ensure a positive guest experience
- Participate in the After-hours maintenance emergency \βon-call\β rotation
Second Priority
:
- Assist with misc. special projects
- Assist with customer service-related calls and/or emails, and resolve any issues reported in an immediate and timely manner
Qualifications:
A minimum of 4 years of business-to-business
