Oasis City Farm - Southampton is seeking a Skills and Wellbeing Lead to head the Skills and Wellbeing Programme, delivering high-quality sessions, therapeutic activities and workshops for adults and young people through animal care, gardening and nature-based learning.
You will lead the adult day service, develop qualification opportunities, run wellbeing workshops, build volunteering and work placement initiatives, and line-manage a team to ensure sustainable, community-ready outcomes.
