Overview
Cashier – £10-£12.30 depending on age, 37 hour permanent contract, 5 shifts a week.
We are Oasis Retail Services, Northern Ireland\’s leading Casino experience provider.
We are looking for a Team Member to join the team in one of our high-end stores.
Oasis has been involved in many aspects of the gaming machine industry and its success and growth have been a direct result of a carefully nurtured reputation and a forward-thinking professional approach. From small beginnings, Oasis is now a significant operation with the main emphasis of its business development being in Northern Ireland and employing circa 150 people.
Our gaming centres are designed to be elegant and comfortable spaces for adults who chose to play gaming machines to enjoy their leisure time. Our gaming centres are all fitted out and maintained to the highest standards to provide our customers with the environment they deserve.
We provide a mixture of the most popular and modern gaming machines available in Northern Ireland, and constantly invest in new equipment to ensure customers are provided with an excellent selection of machines.
Requirements for cashier are –
- 1 year cash handling experience
- 1 year customer service experience.

Main Duties
- In this customer service role, you will ensure high levels of housekeeping and presentation throughout the whole location at all times.
- Ensure high standards of service and hospitality are always delivered to all customers.
- Maintaining high levels of presentation in all areas of work.
- Ensure you are neat and correctly always wearing company uniform.
- Ensuring Company policies and procedures are adhered to.
- Be aware of the security of Company property, reporting anything suspicious immediately.
- Adhere to procedures relating to the proper use and care of equipment and materials for which the role has responsibility.
- Adhere to Company policies and procedures relating to health and safety, security, and food hygiene.
- Communicate with customers and other staff effectively.
- Report any machine faults and errors immediately.
- Any other duties as required.
- Generally working within your allocated branch, although there may be requirements to cover in other Oasis Branches.
- Weekend and public holiday cover required.
- Working hours – (full time) 37 hours, some flexibility required.
