We are excited to announce a great opportunity for a Venue Supervisor.

Based in Belfast, you will be working alongside our team in a busy venue while working closely with the Venue Manager to ensure the smooth running of our Adult Gaming Centre, supervising venue staff and ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered to, as well as aligning processes to those in the Merkur parent company to contribute to the continual improvement of the one of our Venues and company operation.

Oasis is an established, major gaming operator in Northern Ireland, operating Adult Gaming Centres and a Family Entertainment Centre and became part of the UK Merkur Family in late 2025.

About you

We are looking for an experienced Night Supervisor with great people skills.

A customer-focused supervisor who works well in a team as well as an ability to be flexible and work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.

Essential Criteria

• Minimum of 1 years’ staff supervision experience
• Minimum of 1 years’ cash handling experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficient with Microsoft computer systems such as outlook, word, excel
• Ability to move and lift machines
• GCSE or equivalent grade D or above

Desirable Criteria

• Previous industry experience or knowledge

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Your Role will include working closely with the Venue Manager with the following tasks:
• Ensuring the smooth running of the Branch, supervising the venue staff.
• Assist Venue Manager with weekly collections taking care to follow company procedures.
• Ensure that the venue housekeeping is always of the highest possible standard, regularly cleaning gaming equipment, floors, walls and other surfaces.
• Ensure high standards of service and hospitality are always delivered to all customers and ensure that customer service is carried out in line with company standards.
• Maintain a high standard of personal presentation ensuring the brand dress code is always adhered to, whilst on duty.
• Ensuring Company policies and procedures are adhered to.
• Key holder duties and responsibilities Monitor the actions and behaviour of customers, noting any behaviour considered to be suspicious and/or disruptive to the smooth operation of the venue.
• Adhere to procedures relating to the proper use and care of equipment and materials for which the role has responsibility.
• Gain a good understanding of all company policies and procedures around safeguarding and challenge 25
• Report any machine faults and errors immediately.
• Ensuring correct completion of all paperwork.
• Any other duties as required.
• Generally working within your allocated branch, although there may be requirements to cover in other Oasis Branches.
• Weekend and public holiday cover required.
• Working hours – 32, some flexibility required.
• Night shifts are considered any time between midnight and 8am.
