Oasis Resourcing is supporting an employment services organisation with a major youth employment programme. The role involves mentoring young people aged 18–24 through initial referral, pre-employment preparation, placement and in-work support.
You will build trusted relationships, identify barriers and help participants develop confidence, skills and work-readiness, while maintaining case records and working with employers and training partners across multiple UK regions.
