The programme supports young people aged 18–24 to build confidence, overcome barriers to work and progress into suitable, sustainable employment. Multiple Mentor opportunities are available across several UK regions. THE ROLE As a Mentor, you will manage a caseload of young people and provide structured one-to-one support from initial referral through pre-employment preparation, job placement and in-work support. You will build trusted relationships, identify barriers, agree practical action plans and help participants develop the confidence, skills and work-readiness needed to move into and sustain employment.
