As a QP Study Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in welcoming new customers and ensuring seamless delivery of QP Services that consistently meet agreed timelines and exceed expectations. You’ll coordinate tasks both within your department and across other teams, ensuring that every aspect of the QP Services offering runs smoothly. Serving as the main point of contact for your clients at Almac, you’ll foster strong communication and meaningful relationships, guiding them through each stage of our service delivery for a truly collaborative experience.
Qualifications and Eligibility
To be successful in this position, you must either be eligible to work in the UK without restrictions or hold a valid work permit enabling you to undertake full‑time employment in the UK. Additionally, a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent qualification) is required, along with substantial experience in project management and significant expertise in customer-facing roles.
