What You’ll Do
- Client Engagement & Prospecting
- Identify and engage with new retail and institutional clients
- Travel across the UK to build your client base and promote our investment solutions
- Represent our brand in local communities and marketing campaigns
- Financial Planning & Advisory
- Conduct fact-finding, needs analysis, and risk assessment
- Deliver tailored financial advice on UCITS funds, SIPPs, and ISAs
- Prepare and implement recommendations with ongoing service reviews
- Product Knowledge & Research
- Stay informed on financial markets, legislation, and ethical investment trends
- Advise confidently on retirement planning, tax optimisation, and financial protection
- Compliance & Administration
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in line with FCA and AML standards
- Adhere to RDR and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles
- Support company reporting, compliance, and performance tracking
- Relationship Management
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients
- Offer consistent support and strategic financial guidance over time
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable University
- Level 4 or 7 qualified & RDR compliant (e.g. CII, CISI)
- Valid Statement of Professional Standing (SPS)
- Knowledge of UK tax, retirement savings, and investment products
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and confident in lead generation
- Willingness to travel (including 2 weeks every 2 months outside London)
- Full UK driving licence
