• Will
• Include: \n \n
• Supporting pupils with their learning across the curriculum\n \n
• Delivering small-group and one-to-one interventions, particularly for children with SEND, EAL, or additional needs\n \n
• Promoting independence and positive behaviour\n \n
• Preparing engaging resources and supporting lesson delivery\n \n
• Monitoring progress and contributing to classroom planning\n \n
• Building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families\n \n

• For: \n \n
• Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)\n \n
• GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths\n \n
• Experience of working with young people, ideally within a school setting\n \n
• A caring, patient, and proactive attitude\n \n
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding and a passion for supporting children\n \n
• Additional training or experience in SEND, EAL, behaviour support, or first aid (desirable)\n \n
• Confidence in using digital learning tools (e. g.
• Microsoft Teams)\n \n
