Earn a degree, gain hands-on experience and get paid while you learnOasis Community Learning is looking for a creative Video & Design Assistant to join our National Communications & Marketing Team, combining a fully funded degree apprenticeship through university with real-world experience.What will the role involve?• Planning, organising, filming and editing high-quality videos from the initial idea through to the finished product.• Working with our academies to capture stories that showcase our people, communities and impact.• Creating engaging graphics, photography and visual content for our digital channels.• Collaborating with colleagues and creative agency partners to strengthen the Oasis brand.Who are we looking for?Someone with practical video production experience, a creative eye and a genuine passion for developing a career in video and digital content. Experience could come from freelance work, personal projects, social media or previous employment.
