What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in English or a related field.
- Strong subject knowledge and assessment expertise in English.
- Proven experience teaching English at KS3 and KS4.
- Leadership skills and the ability to influence whole-school practice.
- A passion for literacy and a commitment to equity in education.
