Oasis Community Learning invites applications for a Careers and Enrichment Leader to oversee, monitor, analyse and strategically plan enrichment programmes across the academy. You will ensure students access a wide range of opportunities and support whole-school wellbeing.

Working with the Academy leadership team, you will develop and implement careers and enrichment activities, organise work experience placements and liaise with universities to widen participation, safeguarding pupils.
