The Oasis Academy Lord’s Hill Pre-School is part of Oasis Community Learning, an educational trust established in 2004 with the express purpose of transforming learning, lives and communities through the development of Oasis Academies. There are currently 54 Academies across the UK and our Pre-School is part of the Oasis Academy Lord’s Hill Hub. Job/Person Summary
We are looking for a committed and driven practitioner to join our team. The successful candidate will be an experienced practitioner able to demonstrate understanding and experience in dealing with challenges faced by some families in this community, with compassion and sensitivity while aiming for the highest outcomes for both child and family. They will have experience working with children with special educational needs and disabilities and a good understanding of the EYFS and how to best deliver it. The successful candidate will need to understand, share and be committed to the Oasis ethos of inclusion, equality, healthy relationships, hope and perseverance.
