We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and caring Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join our welcoming team at a school where every child feels safe, supported, and inspired to reach their full potential. Supporting pupils with their learning across the curriculum:

  • Delivering small-group and one-to-one interventions, particularly for children with SEND, EAL, or additional needs
  • Monitoring progress and contributing to classroom planning
  • Building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families
  • Being an advocate for every child's well-being and success

Qualifications:

  • Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
  • Experience of working with young people, ideally within a school setting
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding and a passion for supporting children
  • Additional training or experience in SEND, EAL, behaviour support, or first aid (desirable)
  • Confidence in using digital learning tools (e.g. Microsoft Teams)
