We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and caring Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join our welcoming team at a school where every child feels safe, supported, and inspired to reach their full potential. Responsibilities:
- Supporting pupils with their learning across the curriculum
- Delivering small-group and one-to-one interventions, particularly for children with SEND, EAL, or additional needs
- Monitoring progress and contributing to classroom planning
- Building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families
- Being an advocate for every child's well-being and success
Qualifications:
- Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
- Experience of working with young people, ideally within a school setting
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding and a passion for supporting children
- Additional training or experience in SEND, EAL, behaviour support, or first aid (desirable)
- Confidence in using digital learning tools (e.g. Microsoft Teams)
