The Role

- Deliver pre‑prepared lessons across a range of subjects and year groups
- Maintain a positive learning environment and keep students on task

What We're Looking For
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English, plus a Level 3 qualification
- Strong classroom management skills and a calm, confident communication style

- Experience in de‑escalation techniques and a commitment to professional development
- Ideally, experience in a care, education, or pastoral role
