At Oasis Academy Don Valley, we believe Business Studies is a gateway to opportunity. Our curriculum is ambitious, relevant, and rooted in the real world. We know that when taught creatively and dynamically, business education can inspire students to think big, act boldly, and shape their futures with confidence.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Teacher of Business Studies who can bring this vision to life; someone who inspires curiosity, nurtures entrepreneurial thinking, and helps every student recognise their potential within the world of business. In this role, you will deliver engaging, challenging, and inspiring lessons across KS3 and KS4, bringing business concepts to life through relevant, real‑world examples and case studies. Through innovative teaching strategies, you will make complex ideas accessible and meaningful, while planning and assessing in line with the Oasis Curriculum to drive strong student progress. You will foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel confident to take risks and share ideas, uphold high expectations for achievement, behaviour, and personal development, and actively contribute to enrichment opportunities such as enterprise initiatives and external partnerships.
