At Oasis Academy Don Valley, we have a new position open for an Business Administration Apprentice to join a friendly administrative team, providing an efficient point of contact within our reception.
Job overview:
You’ll be responsible for providing general clerical and administrative support and maintaining school records, tracking dinner registers and providing dinner numbers to the kitchen manager, regularly updating the Academy website including uploading lunch menus, policies, letters/newsletters and keeping the latest news and events page updated, maintaining the Academy’s social media pages, supporting with all events, design & graphics (including printing and laminating) managing the administrative processes linked to trips/visits and extra-curricular activities, administering medication and first aid.
Job requirements:
- Minimum of a grade C in GCSE Maths and English
- Ability to prioritise tasks on a day-to-day basis
- Experience of using information management systems and strong IT skills
- A high level of verbal and written communication standards
- Proven ability to show reliability and to work to meet key deadlines
