Oasis Community Learning is seeking a Regional Subject Lead for Science on a part-time basis (0.6 FTE).
You will drive the science strategy across Oasis academies, supporting teachers and leaders to improve teaching and learning, and analyse performance data to raise outcomes.
You will report to the Regional Director and work with other leaders to share knowledge and best practice, travelling to South Coast academies as needed.
A strong background in science education and leadership is essential.
