Oasis Community Learning is seeking a Regional Subject Lead for English (0.4 FTE).
This part-time role focuses on steering the English strategy across Oasis academies, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning, and driving improvement in reading, writing and oracy across the Trust.
You will lead on curriculum design, assessment practices, and professional development, while collaborating with regional directors and the national subject lead to deliver world-class English education.
