The predicted salary is between 31022 - 33143 Β£ per year.

An exciting opportunity to join the team at Oasis Academy Oldham. Oasis Academy Oldham is a large co-educational school that admits students from Year 7 through to Year 11. The Academy has been adapted to accommodate disabled pupils. All major entrances/exits are wheelchair-friendly and there are a number of toilets designated and adapted for disabled student use within the academy building.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective and efficient administrative support to the Principal.
  • Act as the Principal's first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Filter information and support the Principal in making efficient use of their time.
  • Ensure the Principal meets all deadlines requested by the regional and national OCL teams, the Local Authority, the DfE, and other regulators.
  • Support the Principal in carrying out strategic and operational duties efficiently, resulting in outstanding leadership and management of the academy.

Requirements:

  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Fluent spoken English – essential requirement under Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016).
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people; readiness to undergo enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service checks.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills; ability to filter information and support senior management.
  • Experience in a school or similar environment preferred.
