For you, firstly you'll be joining us at Oasis, a large established Trust of 55 Academies but we're MORE than a MAT. We're here to support our communities and to address those barriers to education for our students. About our Nursery vacancy: We are looking for a teacher to come and join us in September, initially on a 1 year fixed term contract. This vacancy has come about due to internal movement. We currently have 1 nursery class. We're looking for someone with some experience/background and a passion for early years provision. No two days are the same and you'll love getting to know our students.
At Oasis, planning is carefully structured and supported through shared curriculum frameworks, high quality resources, and regular collaboration within individual academies. This ensures our teachers are well supported and able to focus on delivering impactful teaching while continuing to refine their practice. We have a strong emphasis on adaptive teaching, to support all our learners.
