Oasis Academy Leesbrook is seeking to appoint an experienced and committed Pastoral Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day running and effectiveness of the academy's pastoral systems. This is a key role within our pastoral structure and offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on student behaviour, attendance, welfare, and wellbeing.
Working closely with the Assistant Principal for Behaviour and Attitudes, the successful candidate will lead and line manage the five Head of Year teams, ensuring high‑quality pastoral provision and consistent application of academy policies. You will play a central role in developing and embedding outstanding pastoral practice that enables all students to thrive, in line with The Leesbrook Way.
We are looking for someone who will:
- Have significant experience working in a pastoral, behaviour, or student welfare role within a secondary school
- Demonstrate strong leadership and line‑management skills
- Be data‑confident, with the ability to use information to drive improvement
