Oasis Academy Wintringham, part of Oasis Community Learning, is seeking an inspirational leader to join the Senior Leadership Team as Assistant Principal and SENDCO. You will shape inclusion strategy, lead the SEND provision and work with families, staff and external agencies to secure outstanding outcomes for every student.
As a key member of the leadership team, you will drive teaching and learning improvements, monitor progress, and develop a high-performing SEND team in a culture of equity.
