Is our Case Management Administrator P/T the role for you? Looking for somewhere to develop or further develop your HR career? Then this could be a great role. You will have great exposure to a variety of HR topics and scope to develop understanding in areas such as ER & contracts. Is being purpose led important to you? You will be joining us at Oasis where we put Exceptional Education at the Heart of the Community and where every child and young person has the opportunity to achieve at the highest level. Our support staff help facilitate the work that goes on in our academies and you will be integral to supporting staff and colleagues. Have other commitments in the week? This is a part time role so can allow you to combine this. We can offer up to 0.68 of a full time role so likely 3 days a week. Sound good? Then please read on!

Do you have some HR expertise and a desire to help? Then this is what we are looking for. You may have expertise in HR and looking for a new challenge with room to grow (2 of our recent hires have progressed into advisor level roles) or a strong background in customer service with qualifications in HR and looking for somewhere to utilise this. You will work as part of a team managing cases relating to employee lifecycle transactions, think new starters, leavers and all between. You will ideally have expertise or experience in using Itrent (or similar) to manage and track cases and a desire to support in resolving these.

Position is open until 9th February. Initial calls will follow this with the Talent Acquisition team. The process will then be 2 staged. An initial call with Hiring Managers week beginning 16th February & face to face interviews week beginning 26th February. Our preferred candidate will then have chance to have a discussion with our People Director around Oasis and the People and Culture function.
